Takanao Todo, the designer of the award winning work Through the Looking Prism says “Prism glass wall reflect and refract existing urban panorama of the Chao Phraya River, one of the representative Bangkok's scenery. The structure made with 300 pieces of glass prisms supported by sand blast finish stainless steel offers alternative perspective with its prism light. There is no additional lighting in the structure not only minimizes energy consumption while serves as a critique of light pollution in current urban setting.
