Hosein Ebrahimzade, the designer of the award winning project 16 The Moment says “The architect had a special offer from a client who came to entrust the team with the design and execution of a building for himself and his four children in five independent units. There was no doubt. Part of the attraction of this project was the team knew the urban infrastructures of that area and municipal rules allow the construction of more floors than the client intended.
