Jiri Andel, the creator of the award winning project Atrack says “Atrack tracking locator. Its primary use is for the Integrated Rescue System, as well as Mountain Rescue, and the military. It is an independent tracking system that does not require GSM signal coverage or dedicated radio networks. The system has high sensitivity. This guarantees the highest possible accuracy in displaying location in terrain.
