About The Dome

MEVARIS DESIGN AND ART GALLERY, the creative mind behind the winning jewelry design work The Dome explains “The design takes its inspirations from the unique blend of Greek, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman architectures. The Dome ring, as unique in its design that it is a modern interpretation of famous Domes of Hagia Sophia. The design is an outcome of the Phd research that Fatma Altinbas had held in Grand Bazaar for 2 years, about the history of jewellery manufacturing in the area.
