A' International Design Award and Competition is pleased to announce that the work Built by Action by Designer: Wang Hongyin, Designer: Liu Zichang, Designer: Hu Zhijie and Advisor: Chen Zhong won the prestigious A' Design Award in Installation Design Category selected as the winner by the international judging committee of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of participants.

Concerning Built by Action

Wang Hongyin, the creative mind behind the winning project Built by Action explains “This work combines a series of technologies such as display props, somatosensory interaction and laser induction to realize data visualization and behavior perception. The periphery of the device consists of four interaction nodes, namely, bath, travel, work and meal. The inside of the installation shows the phenomenon of environmental changes corresponding to such behaviors.
