Qun Wen, the lead designer of the winning design Chongwen Langyue explains “The project is located at the city of Xian, China. The site is at an intersection of two major roads in the city. The unique shape is highly visible, which can better attract people and become a new benchmark in the block. The colorful dynamics of the interior will be highly visible from the city street and becomes a landmark for the project area. The unique appearance of the building brings the sense of a lively modern life style for the neighborhood.
