King Him Ho, the creative mind behind the winning design Sunnest explains “Sunnest is a bedside table lamp with a breathing light that offers behavioral interaction with users to reduce stress during sleeping by mimicking the fading out of light of the natural phenomenon: Sunset. Inspired by an iris shutter of lens, users can twist the top cloudy plastic part, composed of two 3D printed shutter bases and six shutter blades, in an anti-clockwise way to make the light fading out when it is projected on the wall or ceiling.
