Chiaki Miyauchi, the creative mind behind the winning jewelry design Tooth Fairy explains “18K Gold Pearl and Diamond Stud Earrings. Inspired by the Tooth Fairy tale. They show a child’s tooth exchange as seen by X ray. On the left, a boy figure is comprised of a primary tooth made of 18K gold with Florentine Finish. A heart shaped pearl beneath represents the incoming adult tooth.
