Pei Lin Ho, the lead designer of the winning architecture design work The Dawn explains “The building's exterior appearance is simplified, demonstrating a sculpture-like artwork towering over the base. The face of the main building is outlined through two curved lines. Besides, the solid construction is covered little by little and unfolded by the softly curved surface, just like a calla blooming quietly from the street block. Over-the-top furnishings have been abandoned to create abundant storage space.
