Wen Liu, the lead designer of the winning packaging design work Gui Jiu Shi Jia explains “Taking Gui as beauty, the design explored and sorted out the regional characteristics, history and culture, and craft style of Guijiu from the inside out, with a philosophical shape of a circle in a square, a hospitable bird, mysterious and noble purple, and good surface texture, to meet a balance of co-existence through the improvement of internal quality and external properties.
