sanzpont [arquitectura], the lead designer of the winning architecture design work Living the Gardens explains “Living The Gardens is a complex that includes 9 villas on a land of 2,373 square meters. The villas are 3 stories buildings with a total of 216 to 275 square meters. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and half bathroom. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony, and two secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each villa has a roof garden with an outdoor kitchenette.
