Edoardo Gherardi, the creator of the award winning design Diemme says “Diemme is a coffee roasting company based in Padua and very active worldwide. Its research and qualities are expressed in the concept of the Academy, a completely new structure that condenses different souls: at the same time a showroom, a certified training school for operators and a place for research on coffee. The goal was to create a space with many contents.
