Chen.chiawen, the creative mind behind the winning design Tipsy Paradise Casa explains “The house owner keeps a good cellar and has a need for holding parties. In addition to organizing banquets, it is also required to provide space for recreations and more forms of reception areas at the same time. Each reception area is ultimately expected to be adjacent to the wine cabinets.
