He Wang and Hancui Lu, the creative mind behind the winning design Jiruishe Loft Office explains “The loft office is located in Longhua District Shenzhen. The measurement of the space has exceeded the traditional plan area to the height of space in such a high land cost area where only a small office is affordable. The whole space volume is under consideration. With a faith of technology changing workplace and mobile working, they see it as a workplace space experiment in the office design.
