About Two Arches Hossein Hassani, the lead designer of the winning architecture design Two Arches explains “Two arches villa is located in a calming environment in Damavand, Iran. The design process of the villa tries to reflect the origins of Iranian architecture from a modern point of view. All the principles and spatial hierarchy are considered in the plan design of this building to provide privacy and comfort for its inhabitants. Inspired by Iranian gardens, a waterway is positioned as a main axis of the site. A white plane has also been used as a form between two arches to divide public and private spaces.
