Takuji Kamio, the creative mind behind the winning project Villa De Nozomi explains “It is necessary to concern carefully how the senior residential space can be even more meaningful to live. If senior house is a place to have a fun and if the residents are bale to have motivation to be vigor, it would be very wonderful. One of Kamio's answers to make this wish comes true was ART. He considered that the artistic feeling is very creative and it might provide a sense of energy. Senior houses should be even more creative and dramatic.
