Chun Chiao Wu, the lead designer of the winning project When The Present Meets The Past explains “Chinese culture emphasizes yin and yang harmony balance, and this spirit is perfectly reflected in Chinese food culture. Inspired by the style of Suzhou, China, the designer extracts the essence of Chinese aesthetics and uses it ingeniously in the space.
