Wsp Architects, the lead designer of the winning design Zhuzhou Civic Center explains “The project uses the advantages of Central Park to provide an outdoor exchange place for the maker; Six pleasant floating islands surrounding central activity square the urban green axis cuts the building at the bottom, and the slow path and water system connect the north and South parks, and forms a comfortable bottom commercial space, creating an efficient municipal service place, providing healthy, comfortable and convenient and ecological space and environment for the public affairs and activities and civil servants' offices.
