Hsin-Pei Chiang, the lead designer of the winning interior design work Mansion of Dawn explains “The 20 square meters size balcony is one of the building's features which is also the client's most satisfying space. However, in order to follow the regulations, the designer has set up a canopy in the area which can not only moderately reduce the impact from the weather but also give the space complete privacy. In addition, with the French windows of the house, the sunlight can easily filter into the house.
