Na Li, the lead designer of the winning work Xianyang Bund I explains “This project was to create a residence with a river view for the city of Xianyang, hoping to reflect the spaciousness and comfort of the space and to bring the river view inside. The designers planned the front and rear balcony spaces and created a north-south front and rear courtyard with a sky courtyard concept. In order to reflect this generosity of space, the designers tried to make the public areas as fully open as possible.
