Rodrigo Kirck, the lead designer of the winning project 135 Jardins explains “The 135 Jardins Project was designed to be an emblematic residential and commercial enterprise - to become an icon and a landmark among so many buildings already built in the city of Balneario Camboriu (Brazil).
