Yun Mao, the creative mind behind the winning interior design work Light and Shadow explains “Located in the West Lake District of Hangzhou, the new headquarters of Co-real Home Smart is a renovation of a simple factory. The designer changed the dirty image of the original building to create a white facade with volumes around a central courtyard, making it unique from the surroundings. The design language used in this space is very simple.
