STEPHEN YUEN, the designer of the award winning interior design Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun says “The owners also had a specific idea in mind when it came to the interior design scheme, opting for a darker color palette that Yuen adapted to prevent the property from feeling dowdy and crowded. As such, the rectangular living and dining area has been decorated largely in shades of grey and dark wood, adding a contemporary vibe. Space has been divided into two clear areas thanks to the placement of the furniture.
