Jay Lee, the lead designer of the winning project Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion explains “The theme of the interior design of the sales center is "Four Waters Returning to the Hall" the rainwater measuring the slope on the roof flows from all sides into the patio, which means that the water gathers the heart of heaven and inherits the philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man.
