Ping-Hsin Chen, the lead designer of the winning work Hidden Home explains “Creating a building making people feel relaxed and making people open mind in a building; creating a gesture making people interaction easier and making people feel the power of nature. The main structure of the building made of the fair faced concrete and slate stones, together with the linear wooden grilles, artistically resembles a fascinating square curtain.
