Bo Jing Design, the creator of the award winning project Xi'an Qinhan New City Villa says “The design concept is the prosperity of Tang dynasty. The original building is a 4-story villa. The designers optimized the original structure that the basement has a mezzanine. So, the 2-story basement is used for family's leisure and entertainment space. On 1F, the dining and living room is enclosed by U-shaped courtyard, presenting a spatial layout of 2 separate spaces. The 2F is mainly used as rest area. The design emphasizes the layout of master bedroom, which has a sense of ritual.
