Fullhouse Interior Design proudly introduces the "Prosperity" office renovation project by He-Yun Lu, aimed at revitalizing the workspace of a renowned pneumatic nail-driver manufacturer in Taiwan. The project encompasses the renovation of the conference room on the fourth floor and the office on the fifth floor, offering a customized and refreshing ambiance for both clients and staff.

The renovation project spans approximately 462.8 square meters, with the fourth floor featuring a corporate conference room exuding stability and power, while the fifth floor embodies a rejuvenated, youthful atmosphere to attract and retain young talent.

The design incorporates F3 fire-resistant grade building materials, stone plastic composite flooring, transparent glass, Bolon carpets, and eco-friendly latex paint, among other elements, to create a modern and sustainable workspace.

He-Yun Lu's design approach focused on preserving spaciousness, utilizing fresh color palettes, and integrating curved elements to foster a sense of freedom and openness, catering to the preferences of the younger workforce.

The project faced challenges in aligning the design team's vision with the owner's ideas, ultimately resulting in a successful integration of traditional and innovative elements, symbolizing the prosperity and integration of the old and new corporate cultures.

He-Yun Lu's "Prosperity" office renovation project was honored with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding creativity and contribution to quality of life improvements.
