Innovation Design Studio proudly presents Mtown Makadi Heights, a groundbreaking mixed-use development located in the heart of Makadi Bay, just 20 minutes from Hurghada by the Red Sea in Egypt. The project, covering a land area of 197,000 sqm, is set to redefine urban living with its innovative approach to wellness-centric design.

Inspired by the unique shape of the land and the wellness concept, Mtown Makadi Heights revolves around a central spine, incorporating building blocks to connect the project with the main node. The design prioritizes well-being, considering social, physical, mental, and emotional effects on occupants and communities. The project aims to seamlessly weave together all essential facilities and amenities, creating an environment where every conceivable need is not only met but exceeded.

The design process, which commenced in September 2023, involved meticulous research and analysis of contour lines, level differences, climate impact, and accessibility to the site. The project's unique challenges included leveraging the 23-meter level difference within the site to create an integrated outdoor space and designing an innovative downtown fabric that offers different vibes for each cluster while harmoniously connecting them with the main spine.
