Wu yao Unveils Limited Edition Car Sticker Inspired by Chinese Lion

Chinese Lion Car Sticker: A Fusion of Classic Chinese Style and Modern Art
Renowned designer Wu yao presents the Chinese Lion car sticker, a limited edition design inspired by the traditional Chinese lion and tailored for the Fengxing T5 EVO car by Dongfeng Company. Combining traditional Chinese patterns with three-dimensional geometry, pop, and abstract art, the design targets young consumers seeking vibrant and artistic trends. Available in three colors, the car sticker measures 4565mm*800mm and is made using PVC material.

Wu yao's team, including original designer yao Wu, illustration designer yuchen Zhang, graphic designer ziyang Zheng, and 3D designer hao Liao, commenced the project in September 2021 in Beijing, completing it in November 2021. The design draws from the "Chinese new trend" theme, interpreting the national trend through new national style, art, fashion, and young and cool elements. Overcoming the challenge of blending classic Chinese lion imagery with modern trend elements, the design successfully conveys a sense of speed and power while honoring traditional Chinese culture.

Wu yao, a highly acclaimed designer from Beijing, has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2024 for the Chinese Lion car sticker.
