Designing Tranquility: White Curve's Unique Features
Yi-Lun Hsu's White Curve is a spiritual residence, blending earthy tones with light wood and warm accents to create a serene living space. The ceiling, adorned with gentle curves, liberates the constraints of a small residence, offering a sense of openness and tranquility.
Tiles with grey totem in the entrance shape the indoor and outdoor conversion, while the kitchen features two-line countertops and sliding doors to manage oil fume. The design also addresses feng shui concerns, ensuring a harmonious layout for the occupants.
The project, spanning 85 square meters, showcases the designer's dedication to ecological considerations and regional culture, earning accolades such as the A' Design Award in 2024.
Ms. Hsu, the founder of Minature Interior Design Ltd., is known for her professional expertise in urban, architectural, and interior design. Her commitment to sustainability and cultural preservation has garnered international recognition, including awards at the China International Design Fair and the German Design Award.
