Eg MÜh Unveils Istanbul 245 House
Studio EG Architecture introduces the Istanbul 245 House, a residential building that embraces modern geometry and natural wood colors, creating a serene living space. The project, located in Istanbul, Turkey, spans four floors and features a complexly adapted smart home system, offering users the flexibility to customize their living environment according to their lifestyle.

The Istanbul 245 House is a renovation project covering 450m2 within an 850m2 land, designed to provide a peaceful retreat from the daily hustle. The design incorporates an outdoor pool, orchard, sun terrace, dining area, outdoor terraces, hobby rooms, cinema room, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, and garden shower, aimed at rejuvenating residents.

Emre Eslek and Gökhan Gökhan, the interior architect and architect, have meticulously crafted the Istanbul 245 House to reflect simplicity and naturalness, using natural materials and tones to create a calming atmosphere. The project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that enhances the quality of life.
