Olha Takhtarova introduces Judinstrom Beer, a craft beer brand designed to elevate the status of a local Montreal brewery and cultivate a unique beer consumption culture. The packaging design, inspired by Scandinavian motifs, aims to create a modern interpretation while maintaining a connection to the region's cultural heritage. The project commenced in June 2023 and was completed in September 2023.

Judinstrom Beer, brewed in Montreal, QC Canada, incorporates Belgian brewing traditions with notes of Ukrainian nature, resulting in a unique blend of flavors and aromas. The packaging features a minimalist design with a unified core, allowing for the intuitive distinction of each beer flavor through changes in details and placement of associative items. The logo serves as the visual foundation for the entire beer lineup, ensuring unity and brand recognition.

The design utilizes a standard aluminum can of 473 ml, employing Flexography technology for label printing. With a label size of 5 x 8 inches, the packaging incorporates deep blue, shades of gray, and white to create a minimalist, modern look. The color palette aims to convey the characteristic traits of the Scandinavian style, such as coldness and resilience, while flat graphic illustrations and a font with straight lines complement the overall design.

Olha Takhtarova's design for Judinstrom Beer was recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2024, acknowledging its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements. The award highlights the successful integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
