Sanaz Hassannezhad introduces Voyz, a smart suitcase conceptualized in 2024 in London, aiming to revolutionize modern travel experiences. Inspired by personal challenges as an immigrant, Voyz integrates cutting-edge technology with practical functionality to address common travel problems, offering real-time tracking, remote locking, weight sensing, and item locating features. The smart suitcase prioritizes user needs and ensures durability against travel wear with its zipperless, poly-carbonate shell and corners. The project was awarded Bronze in A' Fashion and Travel Accessories Design Award in 2024.

The smart suitcase integrates strain gauge sensors for weight measurement, rubber or polyurethane wheels for durability, and a lithium-ion battery-powered USB Power Bank with a built-in charging circuit. The GPS-enabled tracking app communicates with the suitcase, controlling electronic locks for security. Fingerprint sensors provide biometric security. Voyz comes in both large and carry-on sizes, with an application compatible with iOS and Android devices, allowing users to connect and interact with their smart suitcase.

This study delves into a smart suitcase's development and usability, aiming to elevate modern travel experiences.
