#436: I've asked to change the shipping address for my design award parcel several times by sending support some emails but I just got an email saying it's shipped to my old address. Is there any chance to change the address now. Please let me know as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the address once the item is ordered and you cannot change the address by emailing support as the postage system is automated. You can only change the address to ship via your control panel from postal address section. If you contact the support to change the address, they would most likely not able to help and thus not able to reply since once the items are shipped it is not feasible to update the address. However if you forgot to update the address before ordering shipment, please contact people who are residing in your old address and ask them to retrieve your package for you. We especially do not update the address via support emails because emails can be spoofed, in the past there have been cases in which winners' packages have been hijacked by rerouting them to new addresses, and in some cases winners said they did not confirm the address (even though in an email they asked us to send to a different address), given all these issues, we only change the shipping address if you login yourself to the control panel and update your shipping address yourself.
