#27: Is this competition for this year?

Except one-time "custom competitions", every main-category competitions are concurrent; they belong to this year. However if the late-application deadline of the particular competition has already passed, your design will be considered for the following judging period. The next judging period is always one year later. In some cases, even if your design is going to be considered in the first judging period, because of the fact that the competitions are held all around the year, it is possible that the announcements or judging could be on the following year, but this is clearly stated on the dates page. Please check this page to confirm the judging period and year of a given competition.
