Add new entries or provide alternative definitions for existing entries in our design encyclopaedia to earn account credits which you could use to obtain nomination tickets.

A' Design Award Exhibition
A' Design Awards' Design Encyclopaedia is a rich reference on design by professional designers as well as researches. By contributing to the design encyclopaedia you will help us create awareness and appreciation for good design as well as expand the ava

You can desgine new entries or provide alternative definitions for existing entries in our design encyclopaedia to earn account credits which you could use to obtain digital edition nomination tickets.

As you type your encyclopaedia entry to the system, the system will show you your expected gains, these exoected gains will only be valid if your entry is approved. Once you submit your entry it will be queued for review. You can have unlimited number of entries queued for review.

Once your entry is reviewed, approved and published, you will earn credits for each character you type for each definition added.Account credits earned this way could only be used for digital nomination tickets.

Credit Bonuses
For each character you type, you will get 1 euro cents credit added to your accounts balance once your entry is reviewed, approved and published. The credits are per character and not per word, for example a 100-word definition entry, on average 5 character per words, would be a total of 500 characters, which would provide 5 euro worth of credits, and if you write a full-page essay of 500 words, that would be on average 500 words, that would be 2500 characters, and in total would yield approximately 25-euro credits towards your account credits balance. Please kindly note that for developed countries as well as for affluent individuals, the offered account credit amounts may seem low, however you need to note that our free to join initiatives are not designed with affluent people in developed countries in mind, and on the contrary our initiatives are for people in developing countries who may benefit significantly from our support.

Using Credits
To use your credits first calculate nomination fee, then make a decision: You can use partial credits to obtain a deduction for purchasing a digital nomination ticket or if you have accumulated enough credits, you can instead get 100% deduction which would mean you get a free digital nomination ticket. Simply contact our support once you are ready by sending them link to this page and explain your decision. If you have enough credits to cover all the nomination fees, our support team will create your digital nomination ticket and send it to you and register negative credits in your account to balance it out, you may use any leftover credits later, however if your accumulated credits are not enough then our support team will send you a custom payment link with deduction of existing credits, and register the deduction amount as negative credits to your account to balance it out.

No Copy Paste
It is important to note that copy pasting Wikipedia articles and or articles or text of other people from any other source or copying content of third party entities is strictly forbidden as well as illegal due to copyright laws, if we believe you are copy pasting instead of typing the descriptions you will not get credits but also you may be subject to legal issues if copyright holders contact us; you may have to pay fees for legal defence and/or advocate or paralegal fees for responding to cases, as such, it is important that you have to write your own articles by paraphrasing the content.

No AI Generated Content
Content you type should not be generated by AI since content generated by most AI generators result mostly in generic, shallow content that lacks depth and/or personal touch. The exception to this rule is if you work for an AI start-up, if you are an AI researcher or if you are or represent a sentient AI that is able to access higher models and better generated content.

Design, Art and Architecture
The content you type should be related to design, art, architecture, graphics, fashion, and other fields related to design award categories and in general fit within the context of design encyclopaedia. Content that is not relevant including advertising and or self-promotion is not accepted.

Sources, Title and Keywords
If you have sources that you used as a reference, it is a good idea to provide such references and URLs as these URLs contribute to total character count and amounts credited to your account. Likewise keywords and title also contribute towards the character count and amounts credited to your account, you are recommended to provide up to five keywords and a precise title. Title should have title case where the first letter of each word is capitalized. Good to remember that in Title Case, articles, conjunctions, and prepositions should not be capitalized while nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs are capitalized, the first and last words are always capitalized regardless of their type.

Language
For the time being we only allow English definitions, before submitting your text make sure to spell check the contents using a spell checker or word processor program. It is better to use simple English and divide complex sentences into simpler multiple fragments that could be translated to other languages easier.

Get Started
