- We have manually disabled the system in order to initiate our backup procedure.
- We are backing up database and directory structure as fast as we can.
- Once we complete our database backup procedure, the system will once again be accessible.
Solutions
- Wait 3600 Seconds (60 Mins), and refresh the page, backup should complete by that time.
- If you were filling a long form, if you have open pages, do not close or refresh them, once the backup is closed the system will function as usual, if you keep the tabs open you can simpy "re-submit" form data when the system is back online.
- If you submitted a form and arrived in this page, your data might be saved if you press back button of your browser after the backup procedure is complete. In theory, the input you have might be cached in your browser, so keep everything open and hit back button in 60 mins.
