National Taipei University of Technology had been built since 1912. After the restoration of Taiwan, it was transformed into Taiwan Provincial Taipei industrial vocational school until 1997 upgraded to the current National Taipei University of Technology.

National Taipei University of Technology had been built since 1912. After the restoration of Taiwan, it was transformed into Taiwan Provincial Taipei industrial vocational school, Taiwan Provincial Taipei Industrial College, National Taipei Industrial College and National Taipei Institute of technology until 1997 upgraded to the current National Taipei University of Technology. Our school has a long history. It has gone through various stages, such as the rule of Japan, the restoration of Taiwan, the economic takeoff, the prosperity of democracy and the modernization of science and technology. In the past hundred years, we have cultivated talents for Taiwan's industrial industry. The history of our school building is exactly the history of Taiwan's development. The school history museum collects many representative cultural relics and professional instruments, which shows the school's historical position in Taiwan's development.
