Rovenma was established as an engineering company in 2016, in Turkey. In addition to being an engineering company that has entered the market with an annual growth rate of 20 percent since its establishment, it has proven itself by manufacturing high-tech devices within its structure. Keeping in mind the importance of environment and human life, we serve Industry 4.0 by blending our exceptional software experience with our sturdy electronics' designs, we are highly proud to find long term solutions for real-life problems. We offer high quality, innovative and value-added solutions with our honest and reliable structure. As a result of R&D activities, we guarantee the performance, safety and price-quality parity of the products we design and produce. we are making sure that every production process output is quality tested and approved. The production process for a smart parcel locker involves electrical, electronical, mechanical and software technologies. Cable harness assembly, aluminum injection molding, polycarbonate molding, acrylic molding, sheet metal cutting/bending, plastics cutting/bending, PCB production, PCB assembly, embedded software installation, electronical assembly, electrical assembly, software installation, and final product testing operations are carried out in our production facility. As one and only smart parcel producer in Turkey, Rovenma is the main partner of the Turkish Post (PTT). Together with PTT, as a solution to their last-mile delivery problems, our company created Kargomat project. With a team of +90 people, we are carrying out the Kargomat Project with the official postal organization of Turkey since 2016. Within the scope of this project 2800 modules have been produced for PTT, and Kargomat is being used in 400 different locations where in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir, Bursa, and Antalya. We keep pace with constantly evolving technology and strive to improve the features of our RovLocker product family. In this sector, where we will serve with high technology devices in the world of the future, we always aim for the better.

Smart Locker Systems: Nowadays, in many sectors, the same work is done repeatedly and creates loss in terms of time, labor and cost. Automation systems and vending machines are used in every sector to meet the needs. As Rovenma, we develop and produce different automat technologies with our RovLocker brand :

Our products lead the market with their superior design, high technological features and defiant quality. The features that make RovLocker family unique are: The smart diagnostic system detects problems before they even occur. If any problem is determined, a detailed report and service request is sent to the server. If servicing is needed, there is no need to open up a box or move the parcel module. A sliding mechanism that can be activated from the service screen makes it possible to pull the internal module to get access to the lock systems. This feature makes it possible to install lockers with zero clearance to walls because backside access panels are not needed. In terms of vandalism prevention, it is not possible to unmount parts of the machine because there are no reachable mounting points. Any attempt to forcefully open up a parcel box or the main module will immediately result in a silent server and audio-visual alarm. Another important anti-vandalism feature is that injection-molded aluminum covers and lock systems are used for the parcel boxes which are specially designed to prevent theft. These are very durable, light and strong, with a median thickness of 4mm. This makes it possible to provide a compact, space saving and strong chassis at the same time. Ease of use is achieved via various features. All parcel boxes have separate multicolor indicators and buzzers that makes sure recipients will know which parcel box is going to be used for delivery, something that is very critical in installation with more than 100 boxes. The system is mobile compatible, which makes it possible to receive parcels directly using iOS and Android applications. Our experienced RD team has been working on RovLocker and developed a lot of distinctive features.
Lock Technology : The most critical part of smart parcel locker is lock technology. RovLocker has the cutting-edge negative feeded solenoid actuators, sensors, and stylish indicator LEDs to provide the most reliable and easy to use the lock as possible according to the lock standards TS EN 1627 RC3.
Easy Maintenance : Unlike many other smart parcels in the market, maintenance can be made to RovLocker through frontal access. Thanks to hot-swap feature any defective part can be repaired while the RovLocker continues to operate.
High Quality Durable Electronics and Mechanics : RovLocker is designed to be operated in outdoor as well as indoor locations. The mechanical and electronic components are extremely durable and resistant to all weather conditions. Interior shelves are SAE304 stainless steel, The external body is galvanized equivalent to DIN 10130 standard, Compartments door are Aluminum Injection Molded. Robust, durable and high-quality injection molds, aluminum and plastic parts, RovLocker modules can be operated between relative humidity of %10 to %90, RovLocker modules can be operated between temperatures of -30°C to +40°C.
High Security: Security is one of the biggest focus of last-mile deliveries. To be able to provide the highest security equipment, RovLocker is able to offer; Audiovisual alarms to prevent Access, Smart Diagnostic System that detects problems before they occur, High security and robust custom-made electronic lock system for all compartments, Indicator RGB LEDs and buzzers for all compartments, Impossible to unmount RovLocker since no reachable mounting points are available unless authorized service access is made, An intelligent sensor system that detects unauthorized access, As an optional feature, IP security cameras providing security in day & night and low light conditions.
Modular Design: RovLockers are suitable for different locations and various installation arrangements can be handled using modules in different combinations. The capacity and dimensions of smart parcel lockers can be redesigned according to installation requirements.
