Our company work based by 4 Culture, That is Research, Idealism, Strong Management, and Fit to Budget, it means, first We always look for new ideas to deliver fresh, non-monotonous designs. We apply our findings in material processing as well as new and better methods by conducting various micro researches, theoretically and practically. We are accustomed to try new things e.g. installing flower garden vases as ceiling and walls or trapezoid-like wall materials for better functions. second, We have strong idealistic foundation with the basis of design philosophy. In the process of design, we start off with clients’ character values such as profession, habits and other characters. We implement these values in a creative and innovative design which fits with the client as the end user. Other than character exploration, we also search for other values such as local cultural environmental values or building functions to be the basis of a new creative idea. Third, We work as a team with a precise, fast and accurate management. We break down the team with individual focus to maximize the work process in either architecture planning, interior design, or both. Punctuality and work precision is our priority in order to maintain the company reputation in the eyes of our clients as well as to improve the work quality and at the end, the values of the company. last, We have a flexible and very relevant budgeting system that largely depends on client’s conditions and the project we are working on. We may process a creative idea despite a tight budget from the client up to some limits. We are open to any request to work on plans with a specific budget and be flexible in the budgeting.

CLIENTELE:
First, Architecture Planning, Delution Architecture Planning division is a team focused on physical building plan both new construction in new lands and renovation projects. Our design DNA is in the close attention to function, budget and aesthetic values. We always strive to fulfil client’s functional needs including maximizing sunlight and natural air circulation management of the building in order to achieve the desired level of lighting and air-conditioning efficiency. In the area of budgeting, we consistently place a high level of importance on the applicative aspects, both technical and budget wise such that we are able to materialize our designs with simple methods and budget that fits with our clients’ budgets. We also always pay a close attention to the aesthetic values of our clients’ buildings by exploring new styles and philosophy to create ever-evolving designs for every projects. Client characters are our foundation in design thus what we produce will always vary according to different client characters. We do not force clients to follow what we think are the ideals but we always put an effort to merge our idealism with our clients’ needs and wants. Delution has worked on various architectural projects ranging from small scale planning up to large scale planning such as housing, mosque, resort, hotel, apartment, office space, and many other.
Second, Interior Design Planning, Delution Interior Design Planning Division is another part besides Architecture Division. In large projects this division supports the architecture division in managing the interior design. However this division also may have exclusively interior design projects without any architectural aspects. Our design line that we always emphasize in the interior planning is Character. We consistently emphasize character and at the same time place a lot of importance on expense, function and technique. We believe that the Character of a design is highly needed yet depend on the background of the owner of the project. Delution is always able to produce different interior designs based on the various client backgrounds. There is no specific similarity of design in all our designs as Delution always processes ideas from the very Character of the client, both individual and corporate clients. Other than character, we are also very attentive towards functional and expense aspects. From the functional perspective, we always try to accommodate our clients’ needs with no exception. From the expense perspective, Delution consistently delivers reliable designs to be according to our clients’ budgets which always vary. Since the first time Delution was established we have completed various interior projects such as spa, boutique office, advertising office, gym, gallery, meeting lounge, restaurant, apartment and many others.
