Founded in 1977, Revigrés produces wall/floor porcelain tiles and glazed ceramic wall tiles holding a leading position in the ceramic sector. Design, Innovation, Quality and Service are the lines which guide us in all projects.

Design, Innovation, Quality and Service combined with a strong environmental policy are the lines which guide Revigrés in all projects. Revigrés enjoys a close relationship with professionals in terms of partnership and collaboration on the national and international market and it´s frequently asked to get involved in high profile works. Revigrés products – namely Author’s Collections, Chromatic full-body porcelain collection comprised of 45 colours, amongst other collections - are used in various continents with numerous emblematic projects such as airports (Russia, Poland and Spain), railway and underground stations (Holland, England and Spain), shopping centers (Ireland, Russia, Portugal), hotels (USA, England, Spain, France, Portugal), universities (Japan, Angola, Portugal), offices, exclusive brands such as Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes, BMW car showrooms, Harrod’s, Warner Lusomundo Cinemas, McDonald’s restaurants, FNAC stores. Revigrés has a differentiated positioning and has big flexibility, developing special and exclusive projects, namely Basílica La Sagrada Família - Gaudi project - in Barcelona, Spain. In Portugal, Revigrés is present in numerous projects such as: five football stadiums for the Euro 2004, the Champalimaud Foundation, hospitals, universities, schools, casinos, chemists, Albufeira Marina, hotels of the Vila Galé, Sana and Pestana groups, Living Science Centre, Holmes Place gyms, the Porsche showroom, TMN stores and building, Phone House stores, Lanidor, Salsa, Modelo Distribuição, Lidl and Ikea stores, office buildings, restaurants as well as various residential developments. We have worked alongside great names of Portuguese Architecture such as Álvaro Siza Vieira, the author of the commercial building and showroom project at the head offices of Revigrés and Tomás Taveira, the author of the Olaias Underground Station project and the projects of some Euro 2004 Stadiums. Revigrés is the only Portuguese company in the ceramics’ sector certified by the Research, Development and Innovation Management System. Under this certification Revigrés undertakes to step up its close collaboration with Scientific and Technological System Entities in the research of new production processes and multifunctional products, which strengthen the differentiation, competitiveness and leadership of the company. In the context of the challenges of sustainable development, we have adopted a series of socially responsible practices with a view to making a positive contribution to society and maximizing the positive impacts of the company. Culture, education and sport are some of our social concerns to which we lend our support. It should be stressed that we have been the main honorary sponsor of Futebol Clube do Porto for more than 30 years (since 1983) and we were the first Portuguese company to sponsor a 1st division football club. We are already the longest running sponsorship Europeanwide and, perhaps worldwide, which has contributed to Revigrés’ attainment of a high level of international brand image. We have also sponsored the National Design Competition since its first edition in 1997. The support to new talents is the great concern with this event which results in the commercialization of various projects and stimulates the professionalization of young designers. In the world of music, Revigrés belongs to the core of private founders of Casa da Música in Oporto. We are also a founding company of the InovaDomus association, along with ten companies from the habitat sector which, in partnership with Aveiro University, are responsible for the development of the “Casa do Futuro” (Future Home). Revigrés has four-fold certification of its integrated management systems in accordance with four standards: Quality Management Certification System (ISO 9001); Environment Management Certification (ISO 14001); Social Accountability Management System (NP4469); Research, Development and Innovation Management System (NP4457).
