We are a design + architecture studio, we have create the 1st Smart Street Furniture for the Cities and patented eco friendly materials and process for the Plastic Industry. We also develop Civic Engagement in our design + architecture projects.

SCHARLY DESIGNER STUDIO, Inc. is a Contemporary Design + Architecture studio that bring Design and Social innovation into its projects. The projects of Design + Architecture are studied in the studio with LEED certifications and design technologies like BIM 'Building Information Modeling' Management, Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality. Through our different design projects our role is also to modify the civic engagement and design new opportunities to develop new communities and interests in the neighborhoods. Operating in Brooklyn, the Studio's diverse portfolio in America & Europe, which features over several Real Estate projects and pursuing Green Building certification in Design + Architecture, comprises commercial, office, hospitality, residential, retail, academic, FF&E, single + mixed-use projects and Urban design. The Studio was exhibited on the Parisian Pavillon in 2010 on the World Expo in Shanghai "Better City, Better Life" and featured on the 2016 Architectural Biennale of Venice.
