During the course of a project our design services typically include: 1. Concept design: We are recognized for creating complete ideas with uniquely and successfully tailored concepts designed to meet our clients' business plans and expectations. 2. Design programming: We identify and analyze the needs and goals of our clients for the purpose of the projects. Then, we evaluate the existing condition of the building and we proceed with our recommendations, schedules and budget estimations. When needed we coordinate with consultants and other specialists. 3. Interior design & Architecture: We produce all detailed architectural or / and interior design concepts in order to clearly express our design vision. Our designs include lighting design, custom furniture and fittings design and any other items or details required. We produce a detailed set of design development drawings in CAD (plans, sections, elevations and construction details) in order to be incorporated into the final construction documents. 4. Visualization/ Virtual Renderings: We design and develop detailed and realistic renderings to our clients in order to accomplish full understanding. 5. Design Integrity Monitoring: We control the works of contractors, specialty consultants and licensed practitioners. This includes on site visits and field inspections and monitor contractors' and suppliers' progress in accordance with design integrity.
