SUMMARY: Ragazzi and Partners is an architectural firm led by Giancarlo Ragazzi and his son Francesco Ragazzi. The studio’s work covers a wide range of areas - urban planning, architecture design, interior and product design. FURTHER DETAILS: Ragazzi and Partners is an associate architectural firm founded in 2003 by Giancarlo Ragazzi and his son Francesco Ragazzi. Giancarlo Ragazzi, in over 40 years of professional activity (from 1964 to 2000), together with Edilnord Progetti S.p.A., developed a great number of important projects such as Milano 2, Milano 3, Milano Visconti, Malaspina residential complex, Mediaset TV broadcasting Center and Tower, refurbishment of San Siro Stadium in Milan on the occasion of 1990 F.I.F.A Soccer World Cup (winner of "Ingersoll-Rand” award). Francesco Ragazzi, after his degree at Politecnico di Milano, University of Architecture, he went to London where he gained various experiences at important architectural practices namely Burland TM and Foster and Partners where he worked in particular on large-scale mixed use developments, stadia and residential buildings, such as Milano Santa Giulia (Foster and Partners), West Kowloon Masterplan (Foster and Partners), Harlequins Rugby Stadium (Burland TM) e Falcon Wharf (Burland TM). From 2003 Ragazzi and Partners’s work covers a wide range of areas as listed below: Large scale mixed-use developments: Stadia and Sport and Leisure Center: Renovation of historical buildings: Interior and product design. Ragazzi and Partners is actually carrying out a sustainable residential development for 3000 people and the San Siro Interactive Museum for EXPO 2015.
