Newmakers design and manufacture contemporary furniture, homeware, and kids products. The company was started 2008 in Chiangmai, Thailand, and now is based in the UK. Production is by small factories/workshops in both Asia and the UK.

Newmakers is led by Daniel Cox; an award winning designer with over twenty years experience working in US, Europe & Asia. Our work has been described as 'simple, natural, quirky & fun'. Designs are highly rationalized to take best advantage of the (usually natural) materials that we use, and also both hand and automatized production techniques. All products are made with logistics realities in mind, meaning that our work is generally either compact or flat-pack.
