Profile: Haruto Ichinose

About Haruto Ichinose : The founder and designer of a Japanese startup focusing on Edutainment. The first product “Manasobee Board” Toy has been awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Industrial Design Category 2024-2025. “The name "Manasobee" is based on Japanese words that mean Learning (Manabi) and Play (Asobi). For me, Learning means becoming comfortable with new things (it doesn't necessarily have to be something studied at school) through experience, and more importantly, developing self-confidence. Play is the best way for all of us, not limited to children, to gain more experience without realizing the time passing. This is what I observed with my children as they grew up, and why I thought the words "Manabi + Asobi" represent what I hope with my design.”
