About Anjali Deswandikar : The innate desire to help the other person has compelled me to design from user's lens. I have about 22 years of experience in the digital design space and worked with various sizes of organisations, different stakeholders, building sustainable, nurturing, happy design team. Since I have worked across geographies and with various clients, I bring in the diverse perspective into any work that I undertake. My rich experience has made me a preferred design lead by clients as well as design teams. I have achieved 2 international design awards being a design lead on the project. I have set up design studio from 0 to 50 member team and grown design business in a totally unknown territory of the Bay Are, USA. My expertise lie in setting up, scaling design teams, nurturing and developing talent pool and building sustainable practices. I'm passionate about guiding designers on a correct path and I keep doing that whenever I get an opportunity. What makes me interesting is, Wherever I set up a team, that becomes equipped not just to deliver a quality work but also becomes a knowledge powerhouse and a nurturing playground where people grow and have fun!
