| STATEMENT OF ART: Design, to me, is a powerful language. One that speaks without words. It’s how we solve problems, tell stories, and imagine better futures. I’ve spent years immersed in the world of design, from fashion and textiles to UX/UI, and every step of that journey has shaped how I see, think, feel, and create. My background in fashion and textile design trained my eyes to notice detail, harmony, and emotion in form. It taught me how materials, texture, and movement can carry identity and feeling. When I moved into UX/UI design, I brought that sensitivity with me. But now I design through pixels, systems, and interaction. The tools changed, but the purpose stayed the same: to create experiences that are intuitive, thoughtful, and deeply human. I believe that design is at its best when grounded in research. As a UX researcher and designer, I dig deep into people’s behaviors, needs, and emotions. That understanding helps me craft solutions that are not only functional but meaningful. I’m passionate about learning and experimenting, especially when I can combine creativity with emerging technology to shape bold, futuristic ideas. Technology is not just a tool. It’s a creative partner. I’m fascinated by how AI, smart systems, and interactive platforms can enhance human experiences. Whether it’s through accessible interfaces, immersive environments, or responsive design, I see technology as a bridge, connecting people to possibilities. Great design, to me, doesn’t just look good! It works beautifully. It’s inclusive, accessible, and leaves a lasting impression. I want people to feel seen, understood, and cared for when they interact with something I’ve designed. That emotional connection is what makes an experience unforgettable. I also believe that design carries responsibility not just to users, but to the world. I’m driven by a purpose to create work that improves lives and supports a more sustainable future. That means designing with intention, with empathy, and with an eye on long-term impact, thinking beyond screens, beyond trends, and into how design can shape a better world. Above all, I see myself as a lifelong learner. Design is always evolving, and curiosity is essential. I believe the best designers are those who keep asking questions about people, about systems, about what could be. That mindset keeps me growing, and it’s what excites me every day.
