Art, on the other hand, can be seen as a way of seeking expression and meaning. Artists use different techniques and media to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences visually, aurally, or tactilely. Art deepens people's perception and understanding of the world, addresses societal issues, is associated with history and culture, and sometimes reflects the spirit of the time.
While there are some similarities between design and art, there are also significant differences between them. Design is often used to fulfill a function, whereas art tends to have an expressive purpose. However, both have the potential to change the world by harnessing human creativity and thinking ability.
In conclusion, design and art nurture the emotional and intellectual dimensions of humanity, stimulate thought, and make life more meaningful. Both enrich the human experience and bring societies together, so they are of great importance from cultural and social perspectives.
