He is not only a successful foodie, but also a distinguished professor at several universities such as Donghua University, Jingdezhen Ceramic University, School of Science and Engineering of East China Jiaotong University, and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, dedicated to combining business practice with academic research. With unique innovative concepts and profound cultural heritage, we have achieved outstanding academic practical achievements.
He pioneered a business model that integrates ceramic art with dining spaces, leading the "Porcelain Memory" project to win the A 'Design Award gold medal, the "Yuejiang" project to win the German Red Dot Award, and the Jing Yi Chuan project to win the Italian A' Design Award.
In terms of dish presentation, Du Yinluo ingeniously designed ceramic tableware that matches the characteristics, flavors, and cultural connotations of different dishes. For example, for a Sichuan dish with fresh fish as the main ingredient, he selected a ceramic plate with water - wave patterns and a light blue color to visually echo the fish's living environment and enhance the diners' dining experience. In terms of food culture activities, he planned the "Ceramic Rhyme and Food Time" series of activities, combining the ceramic - making experience with Chinese food cooking teaching. Participants can not only make simple ceramic tableware by themselves but also learn to make traditional Sichuan cuisine under the guidance of professional chefs, allowing the public to deeply experience the charm of ceramic and Chinese food culture through hands - on practice.
